Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At Increzo Technologies, we are dedicated to providing high-quality IT solutions and services that meet your business needs. However, due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once services have been rendered or agreements have been signed. All projects and services are tailored specifically to your requirements, and work begins promptly upon confirmation. Once a project is in progress, or services have been delivered, cancellations or requests for refunds cannot be accepted, as resources, time, and efforts are already committed to fulfilling your project.

For custom development services, digital products, and subscription-based services, once payment has been made or work has commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing campaigns, and other bespoke services. In cases where services have been rendered, all payments are final. If there is an issue or concern regarding the quality of service, we are committed to working closely with you to address and resolve any challenges, but refunds will not be provided.
